matter, like Fines, Miscuttings and Streamers, produced in Pneumatic
Conveying Pipe and also during each process. The SANKO's Classifier
solves the problem by its unique design obtained through repeated
intensive tests and study of massive field data. |

It is installed at the end of Pneumatic Conveying line, Pellet and
foreign matters are separated at the final point of Conveying line.
Adjustment of Secondary Air Flow makes it possible to classify at
high efficiency. |

CLASSIFIER ECO Type
It has the function which changes Conveying air into a part of air to classify.
The Blower for secondary airflow is not necessary, so this Classifier can be
operated with only Conveying air. In case of using solid-gas ratio, 4 to 8
in Pneumatic Conveying System, classification efficiency reaches from 80% to
90%. Also, in case secondary air to classify is supplied as option, 99% of
classification efficiency realizes at actual value we measured. |
