Structure
of Pneumatic Screener
Materials fed by Vibrating Feeder at accurate rate are separated
into heavy materials and light materials by air-blow from Sirocco
Fan.

It is a Pneumatic Classifier which avails the difference of materials' Specific
Gravity. |

Structure
of Aspirator
Materials dropping through Aspirator inlet are dispersed at the bottom of Rotor,
and light materials are blown with exhaust Air from Top-Fan. Heavy materials
are discharged from Aspirator outlet.
Application : Recycling PET bottle and separation for foreign matter of serial,
etc. |

Collected Waste Plastics are crashed and put into a water tank, they are
Sink Float Separated by the difference of Specific Gravity.
