| Mixing Principle |

Charging each material based on blending
ratios from hoppers to weigh bin. |

The material is metered by weigh bin
in each small batches and charged to mixing chamber. |

All materials of 2 to 3 batches volume
are mixed in mixing chamber by mix blades. |

Accurate mixed material are charged
to molding machine or extruder. |

Material flow rate is constantly monitored,
and each batch is followed by a correction routine to deliver
