CONTINUOUS FLOW-CHARGER
The Continuous Flo-Charger is modular type, and part of a Pneumatic Conveying System which continuously charges a constant quantity of solid fuel, such as coal or oil coke, into the pressurized boiler or other combustion equipment. A pair of Rotary Feeders, a Vent Chamber (PAT.), and a Feed Nozzle constitute the system. This system permits continuous, constant feeding of solid fuel into the pressurized furnaces with no reversing flow. The system permits no pulsation, for a stable delivery similar to that of fuel oil. The Rotary Feeder uses a replaceable sleeve for maximum economy, and many hours of continuous operation.
Applications
• Charging Coal Powder or Oil Coke into Kilns.
• Charging Coal Powder, Coal Granules, or Oil Coke into Boilers.
